This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, qualifications, procedures, and timelines associated with requesting returns, processing refunds, and resolving order-related concerns. We understand that purchasing clothing online can sometimes lead to questions about sizing, fit, or personal preference. Therefore, we gladly accept eligible returns within a defined time frame and under specific conditions as described below. This policy applies to all purchases made directly through our official website and is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our brand offerings.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the product is delivered. To be eligible, the item must remain in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact. Items showing signs of wear, stretching, washing, or exposure to scents such as perfume or smoke may not qualify for a return. This ensures that all customers receive brand-new merchandise and prevents the recirculation of worn items.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance or final sale items marked “non-returnable”

  • Intimates, bodysuits, and undergarments

  • Items purchased using store credit from a previous return

  • Gift cards

FurEnVogue reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and determine its eligibility based on the above criteria.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, customers should contact our support team at help@furenvogue.com with their order number, full name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our support team will respond promptly with return instructions, including shipping information and any required forms. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or be rejected.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect item, a defective product, or a missing order—return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. FurEnVogue does not reimburse postage costs paid to third-party carriers. We recommend choosing a traceable shipment service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution. Shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable. If the returned items are not in acceptable condition, the refund may be denied, and the items may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, customers may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the desired item, style, or size. This process ensures faster service and guarantees inventory availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If customers receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products, they must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs showing the issue. Once verified, FurEnVogue will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or offer a full refund based on customer preference.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed. If the parcel has shipped, customers must follow the standard return procedure.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
FurEnVogue is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve such concerns. We may assist when possible but cannot issue refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

9. Abuse of Return Policy
We may restrict or suspend return privileges for customers who demonstrate excessive returns, fraud, or policy manipulation. This ensures the sustainability of our business and fair use of our policies.
