All orders undergo processing to ensure product quality, inventory confirmation, and accurate packaging. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may extend due to higher order volume. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once an order is successfully placed, followed by a shipping notification containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
FurEnVogue partners with reputable carriers to ensure secure transit. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions; such offers are subject to terms displayed at the time of promotion.
4. Tracking Orders
Once shipped, customers will receive an email containing a tracking link. Tracking updates may require up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress and contacting the carrier for real-time updates.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. FurEnVogue is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses. If an address error is discovered, customers must notify us immediately. If the order has not been processed, we will attempt to update the address. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FurEnVogue does not influence or determine such fees, and customs clearance processes may extend delivery times.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information confirms delivery but the package is missing, customers should contact the carrier to file a claim. FurEnVogue cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered. We recommend customers provide secure delivery locations and consider signature confirmation for high-value purchases.
8. Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. After verification, we will assist in providing replacements or filing claims with the carrier.
9. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Customers will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
